As part of the One Day Sculpture programme Lara Almarcegui critiques the practice of house moving from the perspective of sculpture, inviting questions on how the built environment is valued and manipulated.

We hope to be able to reschedule it for another time in the future.  This Thursday 29th January: a coming event that I’m sure you’ll be keen to come along to.  James Shaw, formerly of Wellington and now working with Squint Opera in London, is in town long enough for us to convince him to give a talk. The work he has been doing with Squint is fantastic, especially on the evocation of a drowned London – well worth a look. Venue to be confirmed.

Come along to Kate and Richard’s new house, a recently designed and built architectural/ artistic collaboration for a special viewing of a 24hr installation by architects, interior designers, photographers and artists: Kate Linzey, Richard Reddaway, Victoria Willocks, Rhys Williams, Tane Moleta, and Meighan Ellis. More muled wined!

All invited, the more the merrier. Warning: children are welcome but may need supervision as not all balustrades are up yet!
